Dmitry is the Co-founder of SoundStreet Advisors. Prior to founding the company, Dmitry acted as Chief Operating Officer of Liberty Capital, focusing on sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities in the Financial Services sector in emerging/frontier markets, as well as oversaw Liberty Capital's operations. Prior to joining Liberty Capital in 2009, Dmitry served as Chief Executive Officer and Head of Corporate Finance at Galt & Taggart, the investment banking arm of Bank of Georgia (LSE ticker: BGEO). Prior to joining Galt & Taggart in 2007, Dmitry served in 2001-2007 as Director of European Growth Markets at ABN AMRO Corporate Finance in London. In this position, Dmitry spearheaded ABN AMRO’s origination and execution efforts in Russia, Ukraine, Poland, the Czech and Slovak Republics, Hungary and Turkey, as well as worked on transactions in other markets, including Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia, Romania and the Baltic States. In 1998-2001, Dmitry worked at ABN AMRO Corporate Finance Russia. Prior to ABN AMRO, Dmitry worked as Senior Consultant at Pricewaterhouse Coopers in Moscow. Dmitry holds an MBA degree from California State University, Hayward, and graduated from Moscow Aviation Institute. |
